AMANDA Holden has revealed that she feels very “lucky” to be “best friends” with pop legend Kylie Minogue.
The judges for Britain’s Got Talent, who will appear on the Australian drama Neighborhood this month, will appear as the aunt of Jason Donovan’s real-life daughter, Gemma, praising the spinning around singer for her support on set.

Amanda, 51, said she got a call from the Pop Princess while filming her debut scene.
“When I was on set, Kylie called and said, ‘Hey, how are you? How are you?” Amanda said to the Mirror.
“We call each other BFFs.”
The 53-year-old singer, who plays former wild child and mechanic Charlene Robinson in Australian soap, was first introduced to Amanda by celebrity makeup artist Christian Vermaak.

They have been friends since then and have been photographed together at various glamor parties.
Kylie’s character tied the knot with Scott Robinson, portrayed by Jason Donovan, and the pair became one of Neighbors’ biggest couples. Their wedding was one of the most iconic soap weddings in history.
Kylie left the program in mid-1988 to focus on her music career after winning a Gold Logie for her role.
Her character last appeared in July 1988 and left Erinsboro to start as an apprentice in a garage in Brisbane, saying an emotional farewell to her husband Scott.
Scott eventually joined her in Brisbane after the love triangle drama with Poppy Skouros, and the couple welcomed two children off-screen in 1992 and 1996.
TV fans are still shocked by the news that ‘Neighbors’ will end the summer of 2022.
After nearly 40 years of running, the iconic show is set to stop filming in June 2022, as announced in a recent official statement.
Channel 5 first announced plans to take the show off its schedule, while neighboring production company Fremantle Media tried to find a new home for the soap.
But their attempts were unsuccessful.
Following the news, fans begged Kylie to return, but there is no form yet that she will return for the show’s finale.
One follower left a comment saying, “I wish you would come just one last time.”
Another said, “You and Jason Donovan must come back ASAP!!!!” The third added, “Please come back one last time.”
Kylie took to Twitter to pay tribute to the show that made her famous.
“I will forever be grateful for the experiences and friends I have made in the neighborhood,” she tweeted.

“We didn’t know how big the show was going to be, how passionately viewers would take it to heart. Pure love!
“I can still hear Madge singing… CHARLENE!”
