Popular among vegetarians and vegetarians alike, the Thai wagon now has a new and beautiful location in the Nob Hill area of Albuquerque, NM.
Only open for a few months, the restaurant now allows those living near the university to eat the same good food as those living in the northeastern heights.

Thai Vegan offers a wide range of options, from appetizers, salads and a variety of interesting soups to chef’s specialties, curries, rapes and even burgers (soy and tofu). But most people say leave the burger and go for something very different.
There are so many good things to try. The Garden Power salad is huge and a big favorite. You can’t go wrong with either Pad Thai. The fried spring rolls are perfect, and the chicken nugget appetizers are delicious with red chili sauce.
Noodles and rice come to mind when one thinks of Thai. But there are many delicious dishes available in Thai vegan to fill the stomach, such as lentil bread, mushroom steak and pork topped with barbecue sauce and pineapple. Meat lovers need not be afraid to come here.
