Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s California luxury mansion doubles the value
Prince Harry and Meghan have earned a whopping £12 million in the past two years, doing nothing but staying at home.
Purchased in June 2020 for £11.93 million ($14.6 million), the luxurious Montecito Mansion has more than doubled in value in just 23 months.
Boasting nine bedrooms and 19 bathrooms, the 18,671 square foot home on Montecito Beach is currently valued at £23,960,720 ($29,350,320) million by real estate website Redfin. That means Megan and Harry could make £12m if they sell today.
Rival website Zillow puts Harry and Meghan’s home worth at £21.6 million ($26,485,500), but claims it could reach £30 million ($36.81 million).
Set on 7.4 acres with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, this exclusive celebrity residence features a private cinema, gym, spa and wine cellar.
It has a pub game room, a swimming pool and a separate guest house. This is a separate guesthouse where Meghan’s mother Doria stays when visiting from her home in Los Angeles, 90 miles south of Montecito.
“In the past 18 months, real estate prices have soared and show no signs of stopping,” said a local luxury real estate broker.
“Harry and Meghan just need to sit back and watch the value of their home soar.”
