The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge came to pay tribute to the victims of the Grenfell fire.
Five years ago, on June 14, there was a blazing fire that claimed the lives of 72 people.
Today, Kate and Will attended a memorial service to honor those who died tragically.
They met survivors and bereaved families who were left without parents because of their deaths.
Actor Tim Downie said during worship, “In today’s worship service, we honor 72 innocent men, women, children, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and friends. C. He lost his life.
“We must never forget them and keep them in our hearts forever.”
Former Prime Minister Theresa May, London Mayor Sadiq Khan and Housing Minister Michael Gove were also present.
